HR Officer

Location: Slough

My client are looking to recruit a hardworking, well qualified, innovative, and committed HR Officer.

• Assist senior management with recruitment, liase with agencies, shortlisting and interviews
• Help keep HR systems updated
• Assist with personnel audits
• Liase with the payroll team
• Keep up to date with the policies and procedures
• Deal with employee related matters in a timely and effective manner

Ideally candidates will have: -

• Ability to inspire students to achieve their full potential
• Working knowledge of Outlook, MS Work and Excel
• Excellent verbal and written skills
• Recent experience working in HR to the UK curriculum
• Ability to communicate effectively and appropriately with staff, pupils and parents
• A current enhanced DBS certificate
