Contract Type: Permanent, full-time, 37 hours per week, 52 weeks per year
Location: Paignton, Devon
We now have a vacancy for a Service Desk Analyst to join our IT Service Desk Team. The role is perfect for someone who is customer-driven, proactive, and passionate about the latest technology. You will understand basic IT hardware and be able to communicate technical terms in a clear and simple way to our users.A qualification in IT would be an asset. You will primarily be based at our Vantage Point campus in Paignton providing IT support both in person and via email & phone.
