Job Title: HR Administrator
Location: Ashford
Job Type: Full time/permanent, working Monday to Friday 09:00 - 17:00

Salary: £23,338 - £24,646 per annum

We are looking for a HR Administrator to join our Ashford based client, this is a great way to start a career in HR with the potential to gain a CIPD qualification.

Duties include:

  • Assist with recruitment and onboarding processes, including posting job openings, scheduling interviews, and conducting background checks
  • Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy in HR systems
  • Process payroll and benefits administration tasks
  • Assist with employee relations matters and provide support to managers and employees
  • Prepare HR reports and assist with HR projects as needed

Skills required:

  • Experience of working in a HR or Recruitment role/department
  • Knowledge of HR functions
  • CIPD level 3 or willingness to work towards
  • Ability to prioritise tasks and work under pressure with good attention to detail
