Taylor Blackwood Associates are recruiting for an automotive production operative for our client in Burntwood.

Details: Monday to Friday

£11.44 per hour (potential increase after probation period)

40 Hours per week

Job Summary:

As a Production Operative, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining various types of machinery. This is a full-time position with opportunities for growth.

Responsibilities:

Operate and monitor machines to ensure they are running smoothly and producing high-quality products
Set up machines according to specifications and adjust settings as needed
Inspect finished products for defects and ensure they meet quality standards
Follow safety protocols

Skills:

Strong mechanical knowledge and aptitude
Experience with logic controllers, mills, and other industrial machinery
Proficiency in materials handling, assembly, assembling, machine minding
Ability to use hand tools effectively and safely
