Sales Support Administrator

Job Description

Fundamentally the purpose of the role is to support the sales team at Coffee King Ltd by helping with the smooth running of the team by answering the phone, replying to emails, scheduling appointments, keeping sales records, and preparing sales contracts and agreements.

Main Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Assistance with customer communications
  • Management of customer journey
  • Coordination of order fulfilment with logistics team
  • Inventory assistance
  • Keeping record of sales figures and producing reports
  • Dealing with customer service enquiries from customers and ecommerce
  • Provision of after sales support
  • Dealing with servicing needs of customers and liaising with service contacts
  • Office administration
  • Record keeping and contract fulfilment.
  • Completing required administration associated with the sales process.
  • You will be required to enter and maintain customer records, completely and accurately at all times.
  • Manage the CRM element of the client engagement, building and reporting on the sales pipeline.
  • Report on the successes and results of the engagement to your line manager on a weekly basis.
  • Update the data held within both the billing and CRM systems regarding the current contact and communication preference details for each client.
  • Keep up to date with supplier terms and product offerings, using that to work with the sales team and keep them informed.
  • Based at Head Office in Sutton Weaver, Runcorn.
You will need to be:
  • Highly experienced unified communications professional.
  • Somebody the company has confidence in to represent the business internally and externally.
  • Somebody with attention to detail, filling out of reports, contracts.
  • Self-motivated individual possessing confidence but also good empathy skills.
  • A relationship builder and good listener.
  • A quick learner who can adapt to new systems, processes, services, and products.
  • An excellent written and verbal communicator.
  • Competent in Excel, Word, and other Microsoft Office products.
  • Highly numerate and comfortable with data in multiple formats.
  • Somebody who likes to keep up to date with the latest communications’ technology and industry patterns and trends.
  • A good team player that inspires confidence in their colleagues and customers.
  • A creative thinker who wants to solve problems by creating solutions.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £24,000.00 per year
