Job Description- Manage the full cycle of accounts payable processes and procedures.
- Maintain and reconcile supplier statements.
- Process invoices, expense forms, and payment runs.
- Review and improve the accounts payable process where necessary.
- Ensure accurate financial reporting and ledger maintenance.
- Liaise with suppliers and solve any arising issues.
- Work closely with the accounting and finance department to achieve team objectives.
- Comply with all company policies and regulations.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Accounts Payable should have:
- A strong understanding and working experience in accounts payable.
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work under pressure.
- 5 GCSEs grade A-C
