About Our Client

This is a large, well-established, global organisation in the energy industry. With a significant presence in Belfast, they pride themselves on providing a high-quality service to their clients, maintaining a strong workforce of over 600 dedicated employees across the UK and Ireland.

• Manage the full cycle of accounts payable processes and procedures.
• Maintain and reconcile supplier statements.
• Process invoices, expense forms, and payment runs.
• Review and improve the accounts payable process where necessary.
• Ensure accurate financial reporting and ledger maintenance.
• Liaise with suppliers and solve any arising issues.
• Work closely with the accounting and finance department to achieve team objectives.
• Comply with all company policies and regulations.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Accounts Payable should have:

• A strong understanding and working experience in accounts payable.
• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office.
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work under pressure.
• 5 GCSEs grade A-C
