PR & Marketing Specialist

Please not this role is office based with discretionary work from home days.

Day-to-day of the PR & Marketing Specialist role:

• Build and maintain relationships with trade publications and editors.
• Write and distribute press releases, articles, and opinion pieces.
• Manage advertising contracts and track editorial opportunities to boost brand exposure.
• Design and execute HubSpot marketing campaigns.
• Analyse campaign performance to optimize results and develop lead generation tools like landing pages and forms.
• Develop and manage a content strategy to increase visibility and engagement on LinkedIn.
• Run targeted campaigns and analyse their effectiveness to continuously improve outreach.
• Produce and refine copy for blogs, emails, sales events, and social media

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field.
• Proven experience in marketing, copywriting, or content creation.
• Proficient in using HubSpot for email marketing, lead generation, and analytics.
• Skilled in managing and enhancing a professional LinkedIn profile.
• Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
• Knowledge of trade press and editorial dynamics.
• Strong analytical abilities with experience in data-driven marketing.
• Capable of working independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
• B2B marketing experience is preferred.
