What You'll Do:
- Data Processing & Reconciliation: Process consolidated supplier recharges data using Excel and perform monthly reconciliation of recharge accounts to ensure accurate cost recharges to the business.
- Invoice Management: Upload supplier invoices and resolve any coding queries.
- Collaboration & Support: Collaborate regularly with the Assistant Accountant and handle various ad hoc tasks as needed.
What We're Looking For:
- Proven accounting experience.
- Expertise in reconciliation and double-entry bookkeeping.
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Familiarity with accounting software (Oracle knowledge is a plus).
