As a Data Analyst at Cadent, you will be responsible for performing data analysis, reporting and visualisations based on business processes and requirements to support delivery of data products and services to maximise the value of Cadent data for operational, regulatory, and analytic decision making.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyse the needs and requirements for data solutions and products, and the ongoing management and enhancement of data products over time.
  • Support the team in correctly identifying the customers’ needs and translate the needs into requirements using established processes and documents.
  • Accountable for preparing the necessary data and insight details for products development, to meet the objectives of Cadent Business users.
  • Accountable for providing in depth insights into data assets in Cadent to support Business users in their various processes this includes Visualisations, Data flows, Data Lineage e.t.c
  • Support the team in planning and facilitating all necessary practices in preparation of the team for sprint planning, backlog refinement and retrospectives.
  • Support the team in Packaging different data products for business use.
  • Accountable for adhering to all security specific standards, policies, and patterns.

Skills and Experience

Qualifications

A university Degree in relevant subject (Good to have).

Practical Experience
  • Data interrogation and visualisation skills (Must Have).
  • Experience of querying various data tools i.e SAP Datasphere, SAP Analytic Cloud (SAC), BW (Good to have).
  • Engaging with stakeholders, eliciting, and documenting requirements (Good to have).
  • Experience of working with Data Products Owners, Scrum Masters in an Agile Data Product development environment (Good to have).
  • Experience in data Lineage and Data Flow Mapping (Good to have).
  • Experience of working with Data Products Owners, Scrum Masters in an Agile Data Product development environment (Good to have).
  • Experience in data Lineage and Data Flow Mapping (Good to have).
