• Oversee audit & accounting operations within the company.
• Lead, coach, and mentor a team of audit professionals.
• Develop audit plans and strategies that align with the company's objectives.
• Review and sign off audit reports to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Liaise with clients to discuss audit findings and recommendations.
• Monitor changes in audit regulations and ensure company procedures are updated accordingly.
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement within the audit team.
• Participate in business development activities to promote the company's audit services.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Senior Audit & Accounts Manager should have:

• ACA, ACCA Qualification.
• Extensive knowledge of audit procedures and regulations.
• Strong leadership skills with a proven record of leading successful audit teams.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Good problem-solving skills and a strong attention to detail.
• The ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
