We are working closely with a secondary school in Nottingham (NG5) to find a dedicated and compassionate individual to join their team as a Behaviour Mentor.
This role is crucial in fostering a positive, inclusive learning environment and helping students manage their behaviour to fully engage in their education.- Support students in managing their behaviour and encourage their engagement with learning activities.
- Implement effective behaviour management strategies.
- Work collaboratively with teachers and school leaders to create tailored intervention plans.
- Build positive, supportive relationships with students, creating a nurturing atmosphere.
- Monitor student progress and maintain clear records of mentoring activities.
- Relevant experience working with children or young people in a school or similar setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A passion for positively impacting the lives of students.
- An Enhanced DBS check and two professional references are essential for this role.
