Assembly Operator

Our client urgently needs Assembly Line Operatives. This is an excellent opportunity to work for a global company based in Redruth.

• You'll be a valuable member of the team, using your excellent attention to detail assembling small parts
• Able to work as part of a team
• Confident at being able to complete paperwork
• Full training and induction will be provided and you'll work with a supportive team.

• You can start work immediately!
• No weekends (but overtime available) Monday - Friday on a rotating shift between 6am - 2pm / 2pm -10pm with the flexibility to do a straight day shift and night shift if required!
• Excellent rate of pay plus a shift allowance.
• Excellent overtime rates.

• You'll need to have excellent dexterity
• A good understanding of Maths and English
• When things get busy you'll be able to work under pressure and 'muck in' as part of a team to achieve targets
• With outstanding attention to detail, a common-sense approach and great interpersonal skills, you'll be motivated to do a fantastic job
• Previous factory experience is not essential although would be beneficial

• You must be able to demonstrate dexterity from previous job roles and ideally have a background in manufacturing background
• The pay is £16.24 per hour inclusive of shift allowance

• The role is temporary with an immediate start
