Key Working Relationships ICB Digital Transformation Team Project Leads Healthcare Providers including Gloucestershire Health and Care NHSFT, Gloucestershire Hospitals NHSFT and Third Sector providers Gloucestershire Countywide IT Service End User staff across the Gloucestershire Health & Social Care community Other ICB Groups and their members System and software suppliers Functional Responsibilities Assist in the design and implementation of short and long-term plans to ensure digital services and systems meet existing and future requirements.
Implement policies, procedures and associated plans for the provision, receipt, administration and use of systems and infrastructure. Assist in troubleshooting issues and maintenance of systems and services and liaision with relevant parties.Input to planning and design within the Digital Transformation team and with external stakeholders. Responsible for the training of technical and support staff, both within and beyond the organisation, on core digital and associated IT applications.
Supervision of junior staff including work allocation, appraisal and career development, within the postholders technical domain. Implement IM&T plans, in support of medium to long term business and user needs. Assist in the identification of opportunities to put in place services and technologies that will improve the experience for patients and enable clinicians and other staff to operate safely and effectively.
Assist in research and recommendations on products, services, protocols, and standards in support of all infrastructure procurement.
