Please note, this is a Contract opportunity.

You will be:

• Planning and Designing Urban Spaces – ensuring the space is functional, attractive and sustainable.
• Work with developers, local communities, architects, planners and landscape architects to resolve problems.
• Assist in dealing with general enquiries.
• Supporting the Planning Policy team in the development of design policies, strategies and masterplans.
• Deal with cases and investigations of alleged contravention of planning control/related matters and advise on appropriate action.

Essentials:

• A Degree in Planning/ Designing or a related field.
• Membership of the Royal Town Planning Institute (RTPI) or eligibility for membership.
• Strong working knowledge of UK Planning Laws and Regulations.
• Relevant UK experiences preferable.

• A Dedicated Consultant specialising in their Sector to ensure candidate satisfaction and matching you to the right role.
