IT Support Analyst, Onsite, £22 p/h InsideIR35:

We are seeking an It Support Analyst to join an exciting client's team on a temporary basis for a 3-month contract. We are looking for candidates with a strong background in IT customer service and first line support, looking to advance their career in an exciting environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for day-to-day IT support
  • Working on a busy helpdesk, owning and managing calls
  • Working under SLAs
  • Providing excellent customer service
  • Effective management of incidents and service requests

Essential Skills Required:

  • Previous IT support work experience
  • ITIL knowledge
  • Strong Infrastructure knowledge
  • Experience with hardware and applications
  • Customer service skills
  • Good communication skills
