About the Role:Teaching Personnel is seeking a Special Education Needs (SEN) learning support assistant to join our team. We are currently working with several SEN schools in the Berkshire area and are looking for passionate individuals to support students aged 3 to 19 years.
Experience is preferred but not essential.
Key Responsibilities:
To provide learning and care support for pupils with special educational needs (SEN). This will involve working with the teacher to plan and deliver activities and supporting pupils with routines, transitions and behaviour management.

- Strong understanding of people’s reactions and needs
