About LED Exeter Airport Hospitality Services:
Join our vibrant leadership team at Exeter Airport's Cove, Coastline Café, and Moorland Kitchen, where we provide exceptionalhospitality services to travellers. We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Team Leader who can bring their expertise in food
and beverage operations to ensure the smooth running of our busy airport cafés.
What You’ll Bring to the Role:
- Leadership and Team Management: You possess strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, coach, and lead by example.
- Operational Excellence: You have experience managing food and beverage services, including stock control, cash handling, and
- Problem-Solving and Initiative: Your ability to think on your feet and solve problems in real-time ensures that you can manage
- Attention to Detail: Your meticulous attention to detail guarantees that all areas of the café are consistently maintained to
- Flexibility and Reliability: With the café opening early, you are able to reliably access the airport for early morning shifts
- Customer Focused Approach: You are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and understand how to anticipate
- IT and Admin Skills: Proficient in basic IT programs, particularly Word and Excel, you can handle administrative tasks
efficiently and ensure accurate record-keeping.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and Supervise the Team: Assist the General Manager and Duty Managers in overseeing the daily operations of our hospitality
- Operational Management: Manage the food and beverage service, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, stock
- Maintain Facility Standards: Ensure the café is clean, well-presented, and adheres to all Health and Safety, Fire, and Food
- Compliance and Training: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain up-to-date training certifications for
- Support Security and Safety: Assist in maintaining the safety and security of the premises, ensuring compliance with Fire,
Health and Safety, and Food Hygiene standards.
