We are working with a dynamic financial services firm that offers a comprehensive suite of solutions for asset managers to enter the ETF market. The company has seen substantial growth and is looking to expand their digital marketing efforts to further enhance their market presence and product offerings.
Job Description- Develop and execute strategies for digital acquisition across various channels, including PPC, Paid Social, SEO, and Programmatic campaigns.
- Manage and grow the company's presence across paid and organic social media platforms (LinkedIn, X, YouTube, etc.), collaborating with the Social Media Manager to implement the strategy and oversee content creation and audience development.
- Establish partnerships with investment platforms to drive successful affiliate marketing campaigns.
- Analyze and optimize the performance of digital campaigns, utilizing marketing automation and Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies.
- Identify key opportunities to engage the target audience with tailored messaging at the right time to maximize conversions.
- Build and maintain relationships with third-party media providers and content distributors to execute digital advertising and content campaigns across targeted regions.
- Oversee the management of PPC and SEO efforts for the company's product offerings, ensuring alignment with marketing strategies.
- Work closely with the CRM Manager to create marketing dashboards and analytics reports, consistently reviewing Google and internal data to optimize digital campaigns.
- Develop a deep understanding of the company's product range and collaborate with the Content team to refine advertising copy and SEO strategies, ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines.
- Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and technologies, ensuring the company is leveraging new opportunities effectively.
- Contribute to broader marketing initiatives and support additional company-wide projects as needed.
- A minimum of 4-5 years' experience in digital marketing, ideally in a B2B context.
- Proven track record in developing and executing acquisition-driven marketing campaigns with measurable success in driving audience growth and engagement.
- Experience managing PPC campaigns and working with Google dashboards to analyze and optimize performance.
- Familiarity with CRM and CMS platforms is beneficial but not essential.
- Strong background in multi-channel digital marketing campaigns, with hands-on experience in social media platforms (LinkedIn, YouTube, X, Instagram).
- Demonstrated ability to create campaigns that significantly increase traffic, engagement, and conversions.
- Basic understanding of HTML or website design is a plus but not required.
- Knowledge of additional languages such as French, Italian, or German is a bonus.
