Undertake routine validation of waiting lists to ensure only patients who require an appointment or an operation are actively waiting, To confirm with patients dates and time for appointments. To utilise Myrddin and theatre systems as required.
To follow procedure to review any lapsed dates of appointments and action accordingly. To review patient pathways and update in accordance with guidelines ensuring treatment times are measured accurately.
