With your hands-on management style, you will:
- Develop and maintain a high-performing, customer-focused branch facility.
- Implement strategic and operational plans to meet objectives and goals.
- Train, measure, and manage employees in company operational processes and standards.
- Negotiate and monitor supplier contracts.
- Oversee recruitment, including interviewing, hiring, and monitoring staffing levels.

Key Requirements:
- Proven track record in leading/managing operations teams.

- Knowledge & experience in the following transport modes: Ocean and Road (Air not essential but preferred).
- Experience in 3PL and warehousing activities.
