The role involves developing and delivering the curriculum for the Junior School Music department. The teacher is responsible for ensuring that students are meeting academic standards and achieving their learning goals. Overall, the purpose of a teacher is to ensure that the department is providing high-quality instruction, meeting academic standards, and contributing to the overall success of the school or educational institution.

Westbourne School is a mixed, non-denominational, all-through independent school in South Yorkshire, serving students from the age of 4 -16. The all-through school, situated in Sheffield has approximately 350 students on record.Westbourne School was founded in 1885 as a boys’ preparatory school. Girls joined In 1997, and a Senior School was opened in 2001.
