Robert Half is delighted to be working with a top-tier client who are seeking a Senior Consultant to lead projects and coach consultants in delivering risk and compliance solutions. This is a client-facing role that offers the opportunity to shape business processes and drive impactful change.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead projects and supervise consultants, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
- Identify risks and improve business processes.
- Manage client meetings and resolve project issues.
- Contribute to business development and stay up to date with industry certifications.
What You Bring:
- 2+ years' experience in professional services or related field.
- Experience in regulatory projects (e.g., Operational resilience, operational risk, consumer duty, AML audits).
- Strong communication, leadership, and project management skills.
- Relevant certifications (ICAEW, ACAMS, CCEP) preferred.
