Exciting Apprenticeship Opportunity – Administrative Support (Estates Department)

Are you looking to kick-start your career in administration? Join our Estates Department as anApprentice Administrator, where you'll gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced and supportive environment!

You will be working within a team of administration staff to provide clerical support to the Estates Department todeliver an efficient clerical customer service, ensuring the highest levels of customer care are delivered both internally and externally.

You will work with IT systems, inputting, and recording information along with the production of all types of documentation.

As this role is an apprenticeship, this will initially be with guidance and support, with the expectation you will be able to complete all requirements by the end of the apprenticeship programme.

To answer queries and help with requests for Estates’ services from customers both internal and external.

To receive telephone calls in a friendly manner, accurately recording messages, logging of work requests and ensuring suitable follow up action, including re-direction as appropriate.

To assist with the processing of Estates orders and subsequent checking and processing of invoices for payment.

To maintain and update electronic Estates recording and filing systems.

To provide clerical support, as required for Estates Managers throughout the department.

Data input on to our CAFM system, looking at data and amending if needed.

Pulling reports for Estates Managers.

Our purpose is to provide community health services to a patient population of over one million people in Derbyshire and Derby, as part of Joined Up Care Derbyshire.
