Due to their growth, we are looking for an experienced and skilled Contracts Manager to join their team in LondonThe Contract Manager role needs an organised and diligent individual who is happy in a client facing roles and has experience across 3 main areas – Costing / Estimating / Drafting Contract. Ideally the candidate will come from a similar Facilities Management business but candidates with significant experience as a Contracts Manager in other construction fields will also be considered.What is essential is an eye for detail and experience of tender submissions.
Project Management experience would be a real bonus too as the successful delivery of projects will also be within your remit.Key Responsibilities
Draft and revise a variety of contracts with customersCapable of working across tender packs and pricing document to ensure accuracyEnsure the organization's internal contract documents are accurate and well maintainedMeet with customers to discuss both legal and business mattersProvide advice and guidance to the different teams relating to contract generationMaintain excellent working relationships with clients to ensure their needs are metCreate, prepare, review and edit all contractsProvide support and advice on new potential businesses opportunitiesCollaborate with sales and operations teams to ensure alignmentIdentify opportunities to improve business processes and devise plans to implement these changes
