Teaching Personnel is currently recruiting for a dedicated PE Teacher to join one of our partner schools in Ashford, Kent. We are seeking an energetic and motivated individual to deliver engaging physical education lessons, foster a love for sport, and promote healthy lifestyles among students.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver high-quality PE lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4.
- Promote physical fitness, teamwork, and positive attitudes towards sport.
- Prepare students for internal and external sporting competitions.
- Assess, record, and report on student progress and achievements.
- Create an inclusive learning environment that supports students of all abilities.
- Contribute to the wider school community, including extra-curricular sports clubs and events.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to develop innovative teaching strategies and curricula.
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.
- Proven experience teaching PE at secondary school level.
- Strong classroom management skills and the ability to engage and motivate students.
- A passion for sports and physical education, with a commitment to student development.
- An enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
