Day to Day of the role:

• Delivering engaging and interactive lessons across the curriculum to inspire and motivate young learners.
• Creating a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages curiosity, discovery, and a love of learning.
• Assessing student progress, recording achievements, and providing constructive feedback to support continuous improvement.
• Collaborating with colleagues, parents, and the wider school community to enhance the educational experience of our students.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent teaching qualification.
• Proven experience in primary education, demonstrating a track record of fostering student success.
• A strong commitment to inclusive education and the safeguarding of children.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with students, colleagues, and parents.
