- Support the development and implementation of Individual Education Plans (IEPs) for students with SEN
- Provide targeted support and tailored interventions to meet each student's unique needs
- Collaborate effectively with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student progress
- Monitor and report on student progress, adjusting strategies as necessary
- Contribute to the school's SEN policies and practices, ensuring a cohesive approach to student support
