Overview:

Arteriors is seeking a UK Office Administrator to join our London Showroom team to provide administrative support.

Arteriors is a high-growth, dynamic home furnishings wholesaler with an employee-centered culture that stresses achieving results and having fun along the journey. We are a go-to resource to interior designers and luxury retailers around the globe.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the showroom on various projects and targeted initiatives
  • General office administration
  • Support the Sales team with processing orders and managing order updates
  • Liaise with new and existing clients by processing any requests, quoting, and providing general admin. VAT Invoices etc.
  • Stock control, coordinate and receive product deliveries, and organize the storage unit
  • General administration such as filing, inventory, and sales lists.
  • Manage the London inbox with answers to inquiries, such as price lists and general questions.
  • Provide administrative support to the staff in a variety of capacities including telephone coverage and general project support
  • Manage inbound and outbound deliveries to and from clients
  • Work independently and within a team on special and nonrecurring and ongoing projects
  • Perform other work-related duties as assigned by showroom manager and sales team.

You posses the following qualifications-
  • 0-4 years in administrative support, preferably in a similar industry (manufacturing, distribution, retail, design)
  • Possess a collaborative work style that invites participation coupled with a can-do attitude
  • Proven ability to communicate effectively and professionally with clients and external contacts to the organization
  • Possess a high degree of proficiency with MS Office products including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, high-pressure, environment
  • Exceptional organizational skills required to handle multiple activities and prioritize projects
