Customer Service Officer
You will be an integral part of the team, providing an exceptional, friendly and responsive service to all applicants and visitors to the College. This role will be expected to provide general support across all Student Recruitment functions – Customer Services, Admissions and Enrolments, with the core emphasis for this role being on the delivery of Enrolment Services.
A flexible approach to work will therefore be a key requisite for this role.
This role will be required to undertake a consistent level of administrative and customer service roles, as the team looks to consistently adapt and enhance the way we deal with our customers in a changing and challenging sector.The College is striving to attract, develop and retain the very best people by offering a motivating and inclusive workplace in which talent is truly recognised.
