Banqueting Chef de Partie
Heaton House Farm is a family-run company encompassing Heaton House Events and our onsite catering company - North West's Caterer of the Year, Stable Yard Catering. We provide the highest quality events, specialising in weddings but also hosting additional events such as charity events, corporate meetings and company flagship events all delivered by our events team with exceptional detail and of course friendly customer service.
All food and beverages are delivered by our Stable Yard Catering company which is an innovative catering company passionate about creating and delivering a fantastic food and beverage service to our clients and their guests. We are seeking a Banqueting Chef de Partie to join our brigade.
Responsibilities as our Banqueting Chef de Partie will include:
- Good knowledge of food operations and have experience in preparing and producing high-quality dishes in large volumes
- Assist the Head and Sous Chef with the planning and organisation of all food operations on a daily basis
- Prepare dishes to the correct recipe and quantity
- Supervise junior or agency chefs as required
- Take charge in the absence of the Sous Chef
- Ensure the kitchen is cleaned to the agreed company standard
Our Banqueting Chef de Partie will come with the following qualities:
- Passionate about food and pay great attention to detail in everything you do
- Able to work as part of a team but also independently
- Some banqueting experience
The role is part time or full time and permanent. You will need to be flexible as you will work 4 or 5 days out of 7 including weekends and bank holidays.
