Key Role & Responsibilities
We are seeking someone who has excellent communication skills, who is driven, self-motivated and ambitious to succeed. It is important that you have a friendly
professional manner who enjoys helping customers get the most from their hearing
devices. A UK Full driving license is required, since independent travel is required
between clinics and you will of course need a current UK work visa, if applicable.
Qualifications - If you do not already have the HCA (Hearing Care Assistant) / BSA
qualification, investing in people is crucial to us and so support is available for you to
attend a training course to obtain the relevant qualifications and training.

Key Role & Responsibilities
- Delivering excellent customer service
- Exploring patient needs, by providing patients with information about their
- Make minor adjustments to hearing aids.
- Wax removal via micro-suction (only if qualified)
- Produce and maintain clinical notes

- Assist customers and perform hear-care screening tests.
