ADMINISTRATION ASSISTANT – 25 hours per week, (0930 to 1430), MAPLE VIEW TERM TIME ONLY
£13,391.15 p.a. (£12.01 per hour)What will we offer you?

About us
We are a small school, with capacity for 18 children, including 7 residential placements, for children aged 6-16 with a range and complexity of needs including: Autistic Spectrum Conditions, Moderate to Severe Learning Difficulties and Disabilities, Speech, Language and Communication Difficulties, associated behavioural difficulties and Prader Willi Syndrome.
Located within easy reach of Derby city centre and on a bus route.
The RoleTo provide a reliable and courteous reception service.
To support with the administration of the annual review system (EHCP) in line with the requirements stipulated by DfES and placing authorities.
To be responsible for the placing of orders for goods/services/subscriptions across Maple View School site.
Update and maintain young person contact lists/telephone lists/addresses/staff car registrations etc
To be responsible for the collection/distribution of incoming and outgoing mail including all parcel deliveries
To provide administrative support as and when required on the request of Head Teacher/Deputy Head Teacher& Head of Care

Do you have?
Excellent IT skills, including data input and typing
