The Role:
For 12 months from May/June 2025, youâll be diving headfirst into the wonky world of DASH. Youâll focus on field sales in the grocery and convenience channels, helping to drive in-store rate of sale (ROS) across our London stores.
What Youâll Be Doing:
- Focusing on high-footfall grocery stores in London with the main aim of driving rate of sale (ROS) through:
- Ensuring strong compliance in-store (on-shelf availability and stock levels).
- Couponing to encourage trial and repeat purchases.
- Building excellent in-store relationships to maximise visibility and sales.
- Trying to win additional feature space for DASH in your stores
- Supporting our expansion into the convenience channel, working out how to drive pull through from our wholesale partners
- Hitting the streets - you wonât be tied to a desk! Instead, youâll be out and about, visiting store after store.
- Tracking your wins - keeping tabs on your visits, successes, and learnings using our CRM platform, so we can celebrate your achievements and refine your approach.
- Training & support - starting with a one-week intensive training programme to get you prepped and confident, plus weekly check-ins for regular touchpoints with your manager.

- An entrepreneurial mindset - you treat your territory like your own business, taking ownership and striving for growth.
- A London-based mover and shaker - youâll be out in the field 5 days per week, so being comfortable navigating London is a must.
- An organised self-starter - youâll have heaps of independence to manage your own pipeline and schedule.
- A love for challenger brands creating noise in the FMCG industry - this is the perfect role for someone looking to break into FMCG.
- Previous field sales experience is beneficial but not required.
- A valid driverâs license is required.
