We are looking for an experienced Support Worker to work multiple services in and around the Scarborough locality. Provide daily living support.Provide companionship and emotional support, helping clients feel valued and understood.
Follow care & support plans, make contributions to changes.
Support Clients to identify and achieve personal goals and aspirations.
The Person:
12 months minimum experience working as a Healthcare Assistant/Support WorkerExcellent Communication Skills
Driver preferred but not essential.
