Reed Marketing and Creative is seeking an eCommerce Manager for a leading automotive B2C business. This role is a 12-month fixed-term contract to cover maternity leave. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience as a Marketing or eCommerce Manager, with a strong background in digital sales platforms and online marketing strategies.

Day-to-day of the role:

• Oversee the daily operations of the eCommerce platform, ensuring a seamless and effective online shopping experience.
• Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to increase traffic and conversion rates.
• Analyse performance metrics to understand customer behaviour and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure inventory levels meet demand and marketing campaigns are aligned with stock availability.
• Stay updated with the latest eCommerce trends and technologies to keep the platform innovative and competitive.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in an eCommerce or digital marketing management role, preferably in the automotive or related B2C sector.
• Strong understanding of eCommerce platforms, digital marketing strategies, and SEO/SEM.
• Excellent analytical skills to track performance and measure the success of eCommerce strategies.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with strict deadlines.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
