Part Time Receptionist

Duties will include: Greeting visitors and staff with a positive and helpful attitude when entering the officeAnswering telephone calls in a professional mannerScheduling meeting rooms bookingsAssisting with ordering equipment and stationery when requiredSupporting with other ad hoc administration duties You will be the first point of contact for clients and customers entering the office, therefore you must be able to assist with a positive attitude and have a polite and professional telephone manner.
