Field Based Service Engineer
Salary: 32-34,000 per annum + healthy amounts of overtime + shift allowances
(opportunity to top up income between 8-15,000 per annum)

What you'll do:
As a Field Based Service Engineer, your role will be multifaceted. You'll be the go-to person for technical guidance and customer breakdown support. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include servicing, breakdown repairs, installations, and pre-installation checks.You'll also offer out-of-hours assistance when necessary. Your role extends beyond the technical aspects; you'll participate in daily communications with the office and contribute to team meetings. This position requires a proactive individual who can handle various tasks efficiently.
- Provide technical guidance and customer breakdown support
- Perform servicing, breakdown and repair tasks
- Assist with installations and pre-installation checks (PDI's)
- Offer out of hours assistance when required
- Maintain stock of parts on vehicle
- Participate in daily contact with office, usually upon job completion
- Contribute to team meetings covering Health & Safety, ISO9001 improvements, requests and changes, inspections
- Undertake any other reasonable tasks as instructed by the Management Team
