Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, deliver, and assess engaging lessons in line with the national curriculum.
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that meets the needs of all students.
- Monitor student progress and provide timely feedback to students and parents.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to plan and implement school initiatives and activities.
- Support the development of students' social, emotional, and academic growth.
- Participate in staff meetings, professional development, and school events.
Requirements:
- A relevant teaching qualification (e.g., PGCE, QTS, or equivalent).
- Experience teaching within a primary school setting (desirable but not essential).
- A passion for teaching and helping children succeed.
- Strong classroom management and organizational skills.
- The ability to work as part of a collaborative team.
- A commitment to ensuring the welfare and safeguarding of all students.
- Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to undergo one).
