- St Georges Residential Care Home Location: Worthing, West Sussex Salary: £13.00 per hour (annual review) Weekend Rate: £13.70 per hour Hours: 2 x 24 hours per week (fixed rolling 2 week shift pattern) About Us St Georges is a friendly 26 bed residential care home in Worthing, providing high quality, person centred care for older people in a warm, homely environment.

The Opportunity We are pleased to offer an exciting opportunity for a Senior Care Assistant to join our dedicated team at St Georges.
This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about elderly care, confident in leading shifts, and eager to make a positive difference in a close knit residential setting.
