In this exciting new role, you will be working across all things compliance including taking on the role of the DPO, and so strong, broad compliance experience is a must, as is solid exposure to data protection matters. Day-to-day you will be involved in the development and delivery of compliance training across the business, horizon scanning on regulatory requirements and ensuring compliance with mandatory obligations across a wide range of areas.You will also have responsibility for a small team and the ideal candidate will have management experience or will be keen to make a step up into a management position.
This role will report to the General Counsel and would suit an experienced compliance professional who has worked within a similar business environment and has an in depth understanding of high risk compliance requirements competition, anti-bribery etc..Alternatively, the business would also be happy to consider applications from regulatory lawyers who might be looking for something a little different.
