Salary: Up to £62,000

Qualifications and Skills:

• Essential: Nurse qualified (NMC registered).
• Preferred: Previous experience as a Home Manager or strong Deputy Manager.
• Experience with budgeting, staff supervisions, and appraisals.
• Proven track record of leading a service to full compliance.
• In-depth understanding of CQC inspection processes and regulatory requirements.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the home in delivering exceptional care, maintaining full regulatory compliance.
• Oversee daily operations, including staffing, resident care, and service delivery.
• Ensure effective rostering and management of resources within budgetary constraints.
• Lead on supervisions and appraisals, supporting staff development and performance.
• Manage and monitor financial performance, ensuring cost efficiency.
• Prepare for and lead the home through CQC inspections, addressing any areas for improvement.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with all policies and procedures.
• Liaise with families and external stakeholders, ensuring transparent communication.

This role requires a leader who can balance clinical care with operational management, driving high standards in all aspects of the home.
