YOUR ROLE

Our work is delivered across a variety of sectors, from Government to Retail, Energy to Pharmaceutical. As a Programme and Change Acceleration Consultant you will bring experience of delivering sustainable change from a range of clients and industries as well as an agile mindset with an understanding of the relevant tools and techniques.

You’ll also have an acute sense of market trends and hot topics about the challenges facing our clients in delivering lasting and sustainable change and leverage your insight to advise our clients.

As a Consultant, you will:

  • Deliver business change assets (e.g., impact assessments, stakeholder analysis, process mapping, hypercare governance, communication & training plans, pain point analysis, BAU transition) within a project with minimum guidance.
  • Create actionable deliverables for the core change management plans: i.e., Sponsor Plan, Change Champions Plan, Stakeholders Heatmap, targeted campaigns.
  • Educate and coach employees at all levels enabling knowledge transfer to the organisation to sustain BAU.
  • Need to be credible, with the gravitas to engage effectively with C-level / CXOs on a-peer-to-peer basis

As part of your role you will also have the opportunity to contribute to the business and your own personal growth, through activities that form part of the following categories:

  • Business Development – Leading/contributing to proposals, RFPs, bids, proposition development, client pitch contribution, client hosting at events.
  • Internal contribution – Campaign development, internal think-tanks, whitepapers, practice development (operations, recruitment, team events & activities), offering development.
  • Learning & development – Training to support your career development and the skills demand within the company, certifications etc.

YOUR PROFILE

Work experience (either following a grad system or industry) giving an understanding of and work experience in:

  • Working as part of large transformation programmes delivering project, programme, portfolio management (e.g. project planning, risk mitigation, issue monitoring and reporting)
AND/OR
  • Business Change or narrow experience from an element of Business Change, e.g. Communications & stakeholder engagement, Training/ L&D
Core Skills:
  • Confident working as a part of a team
  • Effective communication
  • Demonstrate professionalism – adapt to change
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Ability to effectively engage with stakeholders from all levels of an organisation, on a peer to peer basis

Nice to have Skills/Experience:

  • Business Analyst & succinct presentation of trends
  • Process mapping & redesign
  • Agile methodologies & relevant delivery experience
  • SC clearance
