We are looking for an experienced, entrepreneurial and highly driven NORQAINER to join the team.

Tasks

The mission:

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Marketing Manager, ideally in luxury goods, watches, or premium lifestyle brands
• Proven track record in developing and executing marketing strategies from the ground up
• Strong entrepreneurial mindset, with the ability to thrive in a startup environment
• Experience across all aspects of marketing, including:

1. Brand strategy & positioning
2. Digital marketing & social media
3. Event planning & sponsorships
4. Retail & trade marketing
5. PR & media relations

• Established PR contacts within the UK watch / sports industry are highly desirable
• Strong analytical and performance measurement skills, to track marketing effectiveness
• Experience working with influencers, brand ambassadors, and partnerships
• Ability to collaborate with global teams and adapt to a fast-growing international brand
• Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills
