Residential and Conveyancing Solicitor

Our client seeks a newly qualified, skilled, and dedicated Residential and Conveyancing Solicitor to join their well-established and reputable law firm and contribute to their continued success in providing top-quality legal services.

• Manage a diverse caseload of residential property transactions, including sales, purchases, remortgages, and transfers of equity.
• Conduct due diligence and title investigations to identify any potential legal issues related to properties.
• Draft and review contracts, leases, and other legal documents.
• Provide expert legal advice to clients on all aspects of residential and conveyancing law.
• Liaise with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other parties involved in property transactions to ensure a smooth process.
• Handle complex and high-value residential property transactions.
• Stay updated on changes in property law and regulations that may affect client transactions.

• Strong knowledge of property law, conveyancing procedures, and relevant regulations.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
