Our client, a highly respected Estate Agent in the Chelmsford Area, are looking to employ a Branch Manager to their expanding firm. They are known for their local expertise and tailored approach to every client. Their commitment to the clients journey is second to none and is what they pride themselves on.
The successful Branch Manager will be offered:
- Upto £30,000 Basic
- 1st year OTE - £40,000
- 2nd Year OTE - £70,000
- Market-leading commission structure
- Career progression
- Ongoing support from Directors
Working Hours:
- Monday to Friday | 09:00– 18:00
- Saturday’s | 3 out of 4 | 09:00 – 16:00
- Day in Lieu
Branch Manager requirements:
- Over 5 years’ experience within estate agency and at least 2 years’ experience in a management role
- Proven track record of winning instructions and driving branch’s market share
- Fantastic Customer Service Skills
- Team player
- Ambitious and highly driven
- Clean driving licence & own vehicle
As a Branch Manager, your role will include but not be limited to:
- Oversee the daily management of the office and the team
- Develop staff
- Attend market appraisal and win instructions for the branch
- Help with supporting the staff in the full life cycle of estate agency.
