A highly regarded law firm based in Farnborough is looking for a corporate governance assistant to join its ambitious team. In this position, you will play a crucial role in supporting clients with a wide range of corporate governance matters.

Key responsibilities:

• Prepare and handle board meetings, including agendas, minutes, and resolutions
• Provide expert advice on corporate governance matters, including the incorporation of companies
• Assist with updating statutory registers and filing documents with Companies House
• Support due diligence efforts and manage data rooms for corporate transactions
• Conduct company and completion searches
• Provide advice and support to property management companies, including assistance with handovers
• Assist team members with research on current developments in corporate governance

Qualifications and Experience:

• Proven experience in a company secretarial or corporate governance role
