Location: Chard
Salary: £13 per hour, £30.50 per sleep in
Hours: Part time hours, 7am - 2pm, 2pm - 10pm + Sleep in shifts, including weekend work
Are you a caring and compassionate individual looking for a rewarding role where you can make a real difference? We are seeking a dedicated Support Worker to assist a lady who lives in her own home.About the Role:
In this role, you will provide personalised support to help her live comfortably and maintain her independence. Your duties will include:
- Supporting her with hobbies, social activities, and appointments.
- Providing companionship and emotional support.
- Respecting her preferences and encouraging her independence at every opportunity.
- Assisting with daily tasks such as meal preparation, light housework, and medication reminders.About You:
- Has a caring and patient nature.
- Is reliable, responsible, and flexible.
- Possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Holds a valid UK driver's license
