Respite Support Worker - Doncaster

We are currently recruiting for a Respite Support Worker to work across two facilities in the Doncaster area providing respite services to adults with learning disabilities and or associated physical disabilities.
Position Details
Permanent£23,107 plus 8.5 all inclusive allowance
Responsibilities
This role requires the post holder to provide high quality assessments of support, observations, following details daily living plans to meet the individual goals, needs and wishes of adults in the short stay respite services.
Requirements
Previous experience working with learning disabilityLevel 2 Health and Social Care
Experience in implementing care planning and processes
The knowledge of enabling services, Learning Disabilities, safeguarding adults, health and safety Data protection and a basic knowledge of the core principles of CQC is essential
