An opportunity has arisen for the role of Moves Coordinator.

The Moves Coordinator ensures the successful planning and execution of moving jobs and the role will involve coordinating various resources, including working with an external moving team, providing necessary equipment and materials and managing the move from start to finish.

The Move Coordinator is also responsible for ensuring that the move is completed on time and to the customer's satisfaction.

The role of Move Coordinator is to ensure the successful planning and execution of moving jobs.

This involves coordinating various resources, including working with an external moving team, providing necessary equipment and materials and managing the move from start to finish.

The Move Coordinator is responsible for ensuring that the move is completed on time and to the customer's satisfaction.

Due to Home Office immigration rules, a full time permanent vacancy cannot be filled by individuals on a Student visa. Therefore, please be advised that if you are a Student visa holder, we will not be able to offer you a full time permanent contract unless you have:

  • applied for a Graduate visa
  • or you will have successfully completed your course and have applied for a Graduate visa before the anticipated start date of your employment

As per Home Office guidelines, please be aware that, unfortunately, the Trust is unable to offer sponsorship for this particular position.

Essential criteria
  • Educated to GCSE level or equivalent

Experience

Essential criteria
  • Experience of working in a busy environment
  • Experience in managing a team
  • Experience of prioritising, planning and organising own and team tasks
  • Experience of dealing with difficult situations and confrontations
  • Experience in lifting awkward items
  • Experience managing both residential and commercial moves
Desirable criteria
  • Experience in the healthcare industry
  • Experience of working in the NHS
  • Data entry experience and documentation

Knowledge

Essential criteria
  • Knowledge of relevant regulations and standards
  • Working with guidelines

  • Knowledge of the Trust including awareness of the Trust's priorities
