Are you an experienced Children's Home Manager looking for a fulfilling new opportunity? We're offering the chance to lead a brand-new children's home in Rochdale, providing care and support to two children. Your expertise in delivering exceptional childcare and ensuring precise placement matching will be vital, as we focus on quality care above occupancy.

- Provide strong leadership and guidance to the team, upholding exceptional standards of care.
- Actively recruit, onboard, and train staff, promoting continuous development.
- Foster a nurturing and safe environment for the children.
- Level 5 Diploma in Children's Residential Care.
- Proven experience managing children's residential homes.
- Ideally registered with Ofsted and knowledgeable about their regulations.
- Strong leadership, motivation, and team management skills.
